This holiday season, the Prevost team had the honor of giving back to the students at Rose Elementary in Escondido. We transformed classrooms into festive winter wonderlands and delivered gift bags filled with school supplies and fun games to brighten their holiday season. We’re proud to support our community and make a positive impact beyond the job site.

We are excited to showcase our recent project for Healthpeak Properties. The build-out includes a high-end office space with open work areas, a kitchen, conference rooms, and custom finishes like curved lighting and acoustical baffles. It also features a flexible spec lab equipped with lab casework, fume hoods, and adaptable infrastructure.

Delivered in an occupied building, we ensured seamless coordination to minimize disruptions. The result is a dynamic, functional space designed for current needs and future innovation. Read more about the project here: https://hubs.li/Q030nV1P0

This fall, the Prevost team has been out in the community, supporting great causes and connecting with industry partners! From hitting the green at the San Diego Rescue Mission Golf Tournament to networking at NAIOPalooza, walking to make a difference with HomeAid San Diego, and enjoying a night of wine and giving back at CREW San Diego’s Charity Wine Tasting, we’ve been proud to contribute to meaningful events that build a stronger community.

Our mission of "Building Better Together" is at the heart of our work with Ronald McDonald House Charities on their expansion near Rady Children’s Hospital in San Diego. Ronald McDonald House offers families a comforting place to stay while their children receive critical care. With this expansion, 27 new guestrooms and additional amenity spaces will help meet the growing demand for family housing and support services. We’re proud to be part of a project that reflects Ronald McDonald House's vision and provides vital support to families during challenging times.
