Big thanks for the shoutout from AXIS / GFA Architecture + Design Joseph Wong Design Associates
In case you missed it, our Weingart Tower affordable housing development was once again featured in an Urbanize LA ( Urbanize L.A. )article highlighting the rapid construction progress the project is making.
A design incorporating elements from both AXIS/GFA and Joseph Wong Design Associates ( Wong Design Associates ) , the 19 story tower - which will ultimate house nearly 300 of Los Angeles’ unhoused and underhoused citizens - is already pouring above-grade floors. The project is expected to open in December 2023.
