usiness that he ran for 43 years in Kokomo, IN. I started early in life as an installer and I think that is what prepared me for the critical thinking that I must do on a daily basis to help home owners solve their comfort issues today. Jim Williams Jr. is the owner of Edge Guys Heating & Cooling. Jim and I share a lot in common in that we were brought up in the HVAC world as both of our fathers ran HVAC businesses. Jim and I were roughly the same age when our fathers sold their businesses and then didn't see eye to eye with the new companies that took over. I felt very connected with the way Edge Guys likes to go to business. They lead with doing what is best for the client and not using pushy sales tactics to drive revenue. This is how our family ran our business in Kokomo and it was exactly what I was looking for in my next opportunity. Outside of work I stay plenty busy in a number of hobbies including: coaching soccer, reffing soccer, creating wood furniture from pallets and reclaimed wood, playing guitar for my church, RVing with my family, and managing our real estate investing endeavors.
