This year's RELITE program kicked off last week at Indiana Electric Cooperatives, welcoming 15 first-year participants from 9 Indiana electric cooperatives to a welcome reception and orientation.

RELITE (Rural Electric Leaders In Training Exchange) is a two-year professional development program designed to cultivate knowledgeable, committed, and effective leaders within Indiana’s electric cooperatives. First-year attendees are participants, while second-year attendees serve as program facilitators. Through a curriculum focused on leadership, teamwork, and personal growth, participants gain the skills to make an impact in their co-ops and communities.
