Been awhile since I’ve went out to earn someone’s business other than new construction ( That’s a handful in it self). Told my wife. I miss dealing with clients. Learn so much. A happy clients makes me smile. Construction doesn’t give me warm & fuzzies.

As a owner it’s easy to get away from what worked when you start developing and branding your idea. If we are fair, driven, passionate, treat people like family, develop your employees into true craftsmen.
Owners day to day needs become demanding.
No excuse
2025 I’m getting back to who gave us over 7000 opportunities and great memories. We are fortunate to do so many homes for the largest builder in our great country but nothing compares to OUR CLIENTS. HOME OWNERS.

RWMR is growing again!
RW MASON ROOFING is looking for ambitious gutter installers. We are hiring four new independent contractor installers. We are in need of two experienced installers with good references for crew leader positions and two installer crews. Must be eligible for workers comp insurance and have clean driving records. Work is guaranteed five or six days a week. WE DONT LOOK FOR WORK. We are completely booked through 2027.

We posted one of many Fortified roofs a couple weeks ago.
A gentleman took upon himself to make a statement” Underlayment should be installed under drip edge”. I just wanted to clarify we are doing just as NCJUA-NCIUA wants it to be installed.
It’s one thing when clients state something they think to be true. It’s another when a company new to the area tries to put there opinion, knowledge and expertise on our page just to poke a comment.
RWM does it exactly the way NCJUA-NCIUA requires or state.
