Some History:
Coming from a second generation of builders, Jeff O'Donnell has been building homes since 1982. Former Chariho High School graduate class of 1980 and member of the Vo-Tech carpentry program, Jeff has been building homes right out of high school. He started his business when he was 19 years old. The former name of the business at that time was Smith & O'Donnell

Builders from 1982-1994. O'Donnell Development Co LLC was established by Jeff in 1994 when he became the sole proprietor. He has had some of the same employees since 1996. Homes have been built in locations primarily in south county Rhode Island and southeastern Connecticut, but O'Donnell Development has customers all across Rhode Island. O'Donnell Development mostly builds residential homes but also some light commercial businesses; examples include Chariho Furniture in Richmond RI, New Hope Chapel in Richmond RI, and Coldwell Banker in Westerly RI. Projects include: custom homes, additions, remodeling, project management, developments, and land purchasing. Jeff prides himself on repeat clients, which is why he uses the slogan "Your Builders For Life". Accomplishments:

Must be able to take direction, have basic knowledge of carpentry and willing to learn (not looking for a experienced carpenter, someone to keep job sites clean and carry lumber, must have there own truck or car to go to different jobs. Must have a few basic hand tools.
