Are you an organized and proactive individual with a passion for creating smooth and efficient office operations? We want you to join our team! This is a flexible position with approx. 30 hours per week.
Key responsibilities include:
- Invoicing clients on a monthly basis based on worked completed
- Reconciling bank statements and ensuring discrepancies are promptly addressed
- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Developing and implementing efficient and secure procedures for managing all financial transactions and data
- Various tasks including, but not limited to: managing an excel spreadsheet of multiple project budgets, ordering office supplies, overseeing accounts payable and receivable and maintaining contract files
- Proficient in Quickbooks Enterprise and Excel desirable
