Here are some pictures of the project we just finished. It’s the basement of the house we just sold where we built two bedrooms, a bathroom and a huge rec room. The homeowner did his own painting and flooring (so we won’t take credit for the cool putting green), but we did the rest. Thanks for the business and we really appreciate it!

As 2024 comes to a close, we turn the page to 2025, marking our 20th year in business. We just recently closed on our most recent home building project and are currently finishing the basement.

SOLD AND CLOSED!!! After almost a year on the market we finally got a contract on the house around Thanksgiving 2023 with a target date to close on December 29th. However, due to some technical issues the closing kept getting pushed back until we were finally able to close on February 12th! This endeavor took a ton of prayer and faith but we’re on the other side now. On to the next one!
