Summer is a time in which there are a lot of real estate transactions.

Every summer we get Real Estate agents call us because the home inspection report comes back with “The roof is uninsurable” & needs to be repaired or replaced before the house can be sold!

Here is some photos of a job we did last year in Wylie, Tx.

These photos illustrate what you can expect from RPB Roofing and Construction & what makes us different than most roofers in DFW!

Photo 1- We install a The Catch-All system to protect your property from roof debris! We also set up a tent with our logo to give our crew a shady rest area on those 100 degree days in Texas!

Photo 2- We always take the roof down to the decking to inspect for rot & leaks! Insurance is paying for this. Sadly, this is the step many roofer skip over and just roof over the old felt to save money!

Photo 3- project manager is on site documenting the entire process & serves as a quality control manager to make sure the project is going smoothly & safely!

Photo 4- Yes, we stain fences to! Anything that was damaged by the storm or hail we can fix!

Lastly  everything will be documented in a Company Cam software to submit to insurance, with plenty of photos, warranty paperwork, etc!

Thursday Simulated Satellite…

A strong disturbance will build in West/Southwest Texas Wednesday night and lift Northeast into North Texas on Thursday.

Increasing heavy rain and flood risk as water content values reach 1.70” per hr rain rates. A slight risk for excessive rainfall in place. Most of Thursday has a good rain chances with overall 80% coverage.

Rain arrives Thursday morning with rain chances continuing till around sunset Thursday night before moving out.
