🚧 WE'RE HIRING — Thompson Grading & Clearing 🚧

Thompson Grading & Clearing is growing and we're looking for experienced, hardworking people to join our crew!

We are currently hiring for the following positions:

👷 Foreman
Lead our field crews with confidence. Must have experience managing grading and clearing operations, coordinating equipment, and keeping jobs on schedule and on budget. Strong communication and leadership skills required.

🚜 Equipment Operators
Looking for skilled operators experienced in dozer, excavator, motor grader, and/or other heavy equipment. Land clearing and site grading experience preferred.

✅ What we're looking for:

Reliable, self-motivated, and safety-conscious
Proven experience in the grading & clearing industry
Ability to work in a fast-paced field environment
CDL a plus but not required for all positions

📍 Local work. Competitive pay based on experience.
