Some people have a way of bringing peace and joy with them wherever they go, and Christa is truly one of those people.

If you’ve ever called Maxwell Heating & Cooling to schedule service, there’s a good chance you’ve talked to Christa –or she’s been the one calling you. And if you know Christa, you know that she doesn’t just answer the phone or schedule calls… she genuinely cares.

You might even catch her singing worship while she’s dispatching calls to our technicians. That’s just Christa. Her heart is full of love for people, and the kindness and compassion she shows to everyone she comes in contact with is something truly special.

We are so incredibly blessed to have her as part of our Maxwell team. She brings peace, joy, consistency, encouragement, and a beautiful spirit to our office every single day.

I chose this picture because the way the rainbow shines around her feels like such a beautiful reminder of God’s promises. And honestly, it just feels fitting — because to know Christa is to love Christa. 🌈💛
