Todd Creason Construction Inc. has an immediate opening for an Assistant Project Manager / Office Manager at our Cushing, Oklahoma Facility.

Position Overview
This position oversees various administrative processes as well as several HR functions of the organization.
Principal Accountabilities
- 20% Admin Responsibilities – including: assist walk-in customers, mail/receive overnight packages, purchase permits, track employee FR clothing purchases, monitor and update employee information in ISN/Veriforce, & ordering office supplies.
- 60% Pipeline Project Support – including: answering & taking phone messages, daily timesheets, payroll assistance, as well as involvement with projects/scheduling as directed by Regional Manager.
- 20% HR Duties – including: maintain employee personnel files, new hire orientation paperwork, monitor incoming applications, as well as other miscellaneous HR functions.

Qualifications
Required
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 or more years’ experience in an office setting
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail
• High degree of professionalism
• Willingness to work varied hours as necessary
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Ability to be flexible with work responsibilities

Preferred

These duties would include mixing, applying and inspecting all types of industrial paints and two-part epoxy coatings. The ability to read and understand atmospheric conditions would be a strong advantage. Pipeline painting & coating experience is preferred.

Heavy Equipment Mechanic
TCCI (Missouri/Oklahoma) is currently seeking a full time Heavy Equipment Mechanic. We offer exceptional pay with benefits including health, dental, vision, paid holidays, vacation time, and very generous company matched retirement plan.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for proper maintenance and repair of semi-trucks, hydro-vacs, liquid-vacs, skid steers, excavators, 1 ton crew trucks, trailers, and railroad equipment along with a thorough understanding of their systems
• Possess writing skills to properly document repairs made.
• Road test, inspect and troubleshoot heavy duty trucks and equipment to assess condition and diagnose repairs.
• Typical repairs would include working on engines, transmissions, electrical, hydraulic, chassis, drivelines, brakes, wheels, and undercarriages.
• Diagnose issues with hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Work in conjunction with other shop and jobsite personnel.
• Able to work 45-50 hours per week.
• Non-Union position.
• Complete DOT vehicle inspections.
• Respond to and complete work orders; prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
• Maintain accurate daily service reports and equipment status reports.
Requirements

• Commercial driver’s license (CDL) or ability to obtain one after hire.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience working on heavy and medium construction equipment.
• Posses proven leadership traits, dependability, and adaptability to change.

The Heavy Equipment Mechanic will work with the maintenance team ensuring the completion of all preventative maintenance items and repair work orders for the following, but not limited to; semi-trucks, hydro-vacs, liquid-vacs, skid steers, track hoes, medium trucks and associated trailers, along with a thorough understanding of their various systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Perform preventative maintenance and repair work orders on customer/company equipment
• Responsible for general appearance, organization, and safety of facility
• Prepare and load equipment to meet field crew requirements
• Assist with the enforcement and establishment of safety policies and procedures
• Recommend improvements on work procedures and environment
• Performs other related duties as required
