Cecil (Owner & GC) grew up around construction and not long after high school he began working for himself doing remodels, roofing and new home construction. In 2004, Cecil and Sharona joined as partners when forming the LLC businesss and started taking on MODot and school projects. In 2005 the opportunity came along to join the restaurant constructi

on with development of Carrollton,MO Pizza Hut. Since then CEC has been building and remodeling Pizza Huts, Taco Bells, Long John Silvers, and building new custom homes. In 2011 formed the company Eiserer Development, Inc. Cecil now holds a Class B General Contractors license in the State of California. With this company we have been building Pizza Huts in the San Diego, CA area. CEC Eiserer Construction LLC has recently become registered in the States of Nebraska, Texas, Louisiana, and North Carolina.
