After an incredible 42 years of dedicated service, our VP of Service, Ron Briscoe, is officially stepping back from his career and heading into a well-deserved retirement!

It is truly hard to find the words to capture the impact Ron has had on our company. Over more than four decades, he didn't just manage operations — he built, shaped, and mentored an exceptional Service and Maintenance team that stands as a gold standard in our industry. His leadership, wisdom, and unmatched work ethic have left an indelible mark on all of us.

While we are incredibly sad to see him leave our daily operations, we are filled with gratitude for everything he has given to this company. He has more than earned this next chapter.

Ron, thank you for 42 unforgettable years of excellence, mentorship, and friendship!

As we look to the future, we are thrilled to announce that Jason Gladden will be stepping in to lead the team. Jason brings 19 years of tenure and has been promoted to Service Manager. We have the utmost confidence that his expertise and leadership will continue to drive our Service and Maintenance team forward.

We are proud to be part of the team bringing Northwest ISD’s Davis High School to life. This 730,000-square-foot campus is officially underway and shaping up to be a cornerstone for the community.

This state-of-the-art facility will support 3,200 students with:
🚀 Specialized career training areas
🤝 Collaborative learning environments
🏟️ Top-tier extracurricular amenities

This past weekend, we partnered with 5 State Helicopters Inc to place 125 rooftop units in six hours. Thank you to Pogue Construction for your continued trust in our team to support your projects!

At the beginning of this month, Venture Mechanical proudly hosted our annual Safety Breakfast, a long-standing tradition that celebrates the strength of our safety culture and the people who make it possible every day. 🦺👏

This event is our way of recognizing and rewarding our team for their ongoing commitment to working safely and looking out for one another. A special thank-you to our valued vendor partners who generously contributed 120 raffle prizes in support of our field teams—your partnership truly makes a difference.
