On this boiler, we were able to replace and reroute a damaged section of 8 inch pipe to a more uniform look, and install a new run of 6 inch vent pipe with the threaded and welded connections where they need to be to make it completely removable without cutting anything.

Biggest bucket rebuild we’ve done to date for a new customer! Depending on the quality of your bucket, with our repairs you could get tougher than new quality for less than new cost. As you can see this one was peeling from the outside and was caved in on the inside. We completely removed all the damaged material and went back in with new double layered hardened steel plate, wear bars, teeth, and hard-facing on the cutting edge. We are beginning to find a very competitive system for these and having faster turnaround time with every next one. What can we do for you?

🤯30lbs of wire and 30lbs of hard facing rod later this bucket is like new again. It’s hard to show the amount of work that actually goes into these but the end result is something to be proud of and we know our loyal customer is happy too!
