Yes it takes us a little longer than most to complete a job. I didn’t think that was a bad thing. I always felt people would much more prefer someone that actually cares about their work, the customers and their homes more than they do a paycheck. Anyway have a blessed day everyone. ♥️

Good morning Davis, just wanted to take a minute to drop you a note and say thank you for the excellent service you have provided my mother. It is tough being over 3 hours away but helps ease my worries knowing there is still contractors out there who are concerned with customer satisfaction. You have went above and beyond making sure mom was comfortable with everything throughout this marathon of a project. Thank you again.

What prompted my text was I went home over the weekend and finally had a chance to get an eye on the project. Hats off to you well done. Everything looks great with roof and gutters. What really stuck out to me is the attention to customer service. I couldn’t find a single roofing nail left anywhere on site. The little garage looks a million times better. Nice to look up there and see actual shingles as opposed to the remenants of what used to be a shingles.

Hats off to you and if I get the opportunity to send any other projects your way I will without reserve.

Having your sewer line inspected every year is vital to prevent the need to spend thousands of dollars on repairs. Your home’s plumbing system is filled with a complex network of fresh water and sewage pipes, and a sewer line inspection can examine these lines for cracks, leaks, or clogs. We are so thankful for all of Carthage, Illinois and the surrounding areas. Too numerous are the work areas we’ve been allowed to come work in to be named. We have even done a bathroom remodel in Huntsville, Arkansas, window installations in Springfield, Illinois, and concrete driveway in Pawnee, Illinois as well. We’ve been so blessed by all the customers. So many repeat customers as well. Word of mouth means everything to most and so I also want to thank Homestead Lumber for the numerous jobs sent our way. Yes we are extremely busy and we have a very small crew at times yet we always get the job done to the CUSTOMERS liking. So yes please give us a call if you are needing any work done yet know this that as we finish 1 job usually we get 2 more. Also we are booked up for several months as well. I want to thank every one of my customers. You all have been very loyal to me and my company and I’m forever grateful. As I do want to continue serving all of you just know that I am extremely busy and I will do my very best to get to each and every one of you in the quickest manner possible.
