Nothing like a proper refresh. This 07 kawi head came in smoked. Got a proper treatment. M90 seats all around, 4 modded bronze guides,4 pro-x titanium’s , fly cut, v***r blasted. He sent in his cylinder which was a Temu special, you know we had to get him right, nice cylinder works cylinder kit, vertex piston and gaskets.

Needless to say, this customer will be solid for a long while. If you’re gonna spend the money, build the head right. You won’t regret it !

2004 cr125 motor, this came in pretty rough.

Full top and bottom, v***r blasting, all bearings , seals, vintco clutch etc. Fun build.

Trx450r. Expoxy port-woods/xc. Moldstar 90 intake seats, bronze guides all around, titanium std pro-x intakes, plus 1 kibble exhaust valves, ferrea .415” spring package. Reliable build that will produce some HP. Packed up and off to tennesee .

Yfz450 factory cams got the gears tig welded, brand new oem crank out the box with .0015” runout, trued to .0005”.

Back to NY they went!
