Wisdom Wednesday!

When you think of the word remodel, what comes to mind? Money? Effort? Time?

While all of these are key factors to construction work, estimates play an important role in decision making. Offering free estimates not only allows you to compare prices between companies, but also allows you to get an accurate under of how much your project will cost!

The second half of this video explains some fire hazards that may be found during the demolition phase of your project. This is why inspections are so important with construction work!

This home owner could have easily added a decor piece to the wall where the wire was found and could have gotten injured by doing so!

To prevent this from happening during your remodel-
▪️Ask questions.
▪️Double check with the electrician that wires are being installed properly.
▪️Check in daily with your contractor/project manager.
▪️Express concerns if you find something that may not seem right.

Trust me, you would not be bothering anyone!

Hey friends!

We hope you all have been having a wonderful summer! I know we have!

We've been silent on social media these past few months because we have been restructuring our business aspect and learning many ways on how we can grow not only in a professional way, but in many other ways as well.

Since OVC's last post, we have hired a business partner who has brought so much knowledge to the table that we are so grateful for! She has not only taught our boss Jesse many things, but also our other employees including myself. It is so fun to have other women involved in this field of work!

I will be posting a few jobs that we are currently getting started on and hope you all are just as excited as we are to see the progress!
