Pulled 3/4 of the center bearing wall out of this house in Grosse Pointe Shores. Installed a 40’, 2,400 pound steel beam in its place to give the client the wide open floor plan they desired. More pics to follow

Rebuilding a portico in Grosse Pointe Park that was botched by the previous company. First 5 pictures are what the homeowner was left with when the prior contractor walked. We tore everything apart and started fresh. Another happy client.
