Here is the install for those odd offset sections. Im not one to fit in place for fear of doing it wrong. I pull very precise measurements and do that math, I thought I'd never use from high school. I definitely dont get it right all the time. I'd say I get it right close to 98% of the time. Now In this instance I based all my numbers off of the elevation and the run, then added in all the mechanical pieces to create what I call a offset tie back. Then you have to essentially map the sections around existing equipment. It's always fun building pieces like these.

"Disclamer"not every weld is mine, usually just the shiny ones. But the main focus isnt the weld, its the piece. The engineering of each piece and the trigonometry involved. Im becoming a master of numbers in my work, the weld is the easy part. The fabrication is where I shine. Not everyone who welds or has a welding rig can do this type of work, consistently, or efficiently at the quality I produce. However with that said I am still humble to the fact that there are others that can do even better than me. (Pride is produced from the mind, but backed up with the skill of the hands that craft)

From paper measurements, to 3d profiling, to print, I understand its not welding. Still learning cad but these were a success!!! Side note, the mini jacks were found on another site (not created by me)

This weeks work, a little more stainless, then a few spools needing reworked to fit new valves, along with a skid steer attachment repair.

First welding bed to roll out from NBS! Been a busy week but it is almost finished.

Been an extremely busy year, some of these pieces were "welders choice" so I tested on my skill. Lucky to have learned from some extremely skilled guys!!

Been in ND for a "few days" fighting the cold, and the fast moving air. Lots of good days, a few rough days.

Didn't have to be that tight. However it made it easier, believe it or not. Was a good test of skill.
