Historic mercantile renovation + adaptive reuse.

We transformed this long-standing art supply and frame shop with a full interior renovation — replacing outdated fixtures with custom modular plywood displays on casters, improving flow, flexibility, lighting, and overall customer experience while preserving the character of the space.

Not every vacation home starts out like a dream.

This one was dark, dated, and completely stripped of function. Full gut. Full rethink. We opened walls, reworked the layout, and rebuilt it into a space that actually supports how people live on vacation—together.

Now it’s a warm, expansive kitchen designed for gathering—custom cabinetry, clean lines, intentional lighting, and statement art anchoring the space.

You don’t have to find the perfect mountain home.

We designed and installed this mid-century modern penny tile mosaic for a commercial medical office—where durability, precision, and design all matter. The pattern anchors the space while modular furnishings allow the layout to flex for daily operations, events, and easy maintenance.
