"Any type of home remodel or home building is extremely frustrating to the home owners. Chet Neace and his company made our large home addition very easy overall. He always answered the phone and took care of whatever was needed. His communication was great throughout the project.
I'm not saying there wasn't a conflict or two, but anytime we disagreed he was fair and honest. We always achieved and agreement that made both parties happy.
I plan on hiring Neace Builders for any future contracting needs."
