Got a classic VW project sitting in garage limbo because of rust? 🛠️
Buying the patch panels is the easy part—knowing how to weld them structurally without warping the body is where it gets tough. If your project has stalled out over heater channels, rotted floor pans, or quarter panels, let’s get it moving again.
With over 30 years of professional metal fabrication and welding experience, I specialize in bringing vintage VW sheet metal back to factory (or better) structural strength. Making things safe as well as making it kool again!
✅ Complete floor pan replacements
✅ Heater channel & structural rust repair
✅ Custom metal shaping & panel fitting
✅Volksrods and Roadster parts and builds
Bring me your rotted metal and let's get your build back on the road.
We are located in Castle Hayne, NC. Contact us today and let’s discuss getting your project on the schedule.

Little weekend and Labor Day work put in. Moving things around the yard to make room for body work and powder coat space! Sanding makes such a mess and needs its own space and it’s hard to count on vendors these days, so gotta do it yourself.
