More misguided regulations about to head our way.

Maybe we'll hold Chevy liable for why you were late to work, or for the time someone nodded off and caused a head on collision. Maybe we can hold Dodge and Budweiser liable for the drunk driver who hit and killed a family. Maybe we can hold Ford liable for the person who didn't move over and slow down for a police officer on the side of the road, hitting and killing the officer....

The object isn't the problem, the actions and intentions of the user are.
