Today we’re celebrating ONE YEAR with Aiden! 🎉

If you’ve spent any time around a Stone Creek or Shelter Solutions jobsite, chances are Aiden has made you laugh at least once (or ten times). He always keeps the Blondies Excavation crew smiling, brings a positive attitude every day & somehow manages to make even the toughest days a little more fun🚜

Beyond being the class clown, Aiden is someone we can always count on. No matter what task is thrown his way, he jumps in without complaint, works hard & helps keep projects moving forward. His willingness to do whatever is needed and his upbeat attitude make him a valuable part of our family.

Three years with this one and we honestly cannot imagine Stone Creek without him💚

Chris is the kind of person you just trust immediately. He shows up every single day with a steady presence, a sharp eye, and a genuine care for the work that is impossible to fake. As our Assistant Project Manager, he catches the things most people would miss and takes real pride in making sure every home and ADU we build is done the right way. Our clients feel that, and they love him for it.

But more than any of that, Chris is just a really good human. A proud girl dad with a big heart who always shows up when it counts, not just for the work, but for the people around him. That means everything to us.

🌷This spring, Home Building Foundation-HomeAid Portland began restoring two 100-year-old homes in Portland that will soon provide transitional housing for families working toward stable, permanent housing🙌

We’re so proud of our very own Mark Beirwagen serving as Builder Captain on a project that is about far more than construction...

Once complete, the Grace Houses Project will create space for up to six families at a time and expand Family Promise Metro East Portland’s housing capacity by 40%‼️

We love this mission... take houses that have been waiting for new life… and use them to help people begin again💚 It’s about dignity, safety & helping bring families home🏡

Happy StoneCreekiversary, Jake! 🥳

Jake Ray is our Production Manager for Shelter Solutions, and if there’s one thing we know, he builds a solid project and always finishes strong. If he’s not on a job site, there’s a good chance he’s out finding four leaf clovers like it’s his second full-time job 🍀 (seriously… he finds them all the time).

He may still have that signature “don’t mess with me” look (you know the one 😄), but underneath it is someone who cares deeply, about the work, the team & doing things the right way.

What we respect most about Jake is who he’s shown himself to be over time. Growth, humility, and a willingness to keep getting better, not just saying it, but living it. That kind of character doesn’t go unnoticed.

He’s the kind of guy who will pick up a broom and clean the job site himself. No ego, no shortcuts, just pride in the work and leading by example.

And of course… the dogs still know what’s up 🐶 If Jake’s in the office, they’re right there waiting for his love.

At home, he’s an amazing husband and dad to his girls, and in just a few days, he’ll be welcoming a baby boy to the crew 💙

Jake, we’re really glad you’re part of this team. It’s been a journey, and we’re better because of it.

Erin doesn’t ask for recognition. She just shows up, cares deeply & makes everything around her better.

✌️ years in & she’s become someone our team leans on in more ways than we probably say out loud. She notices what others need and steps in without being asked. Erin keeps the office orderly and clean, all the way down to the plants, which look better than ever.

One half of the greatest duo known to mankind… the Jensen Sistas... Erin can name every plant, bake a pie from scratch, hype you up on your worst day & track down just about anything. You name it: banana bread, coffee cake, soups, pies… if Erin made it, it’s going to be unreal.
