Carpenters, Remodelers, Foreman
Job Description
Currently looking for qualified, skilled and organized carpenters/remodelers that want to be part of a fast growing remodeling construction company. Most work is performed in the Oakland, Hayward, Castro Valley, Dublin, Pleasanton, Danville, Alamo, Walnut Creek, Lafayette, and Moraga area. Must have own reliable truck/vehicle and tools. Must have at least 2 years experience. Pay will be determined upon qualifications.
Specific Responsibilities:
• Demolition
• Forms, foundations and concrete
• Framing, sheer, siding, stairs
• Earthquake Retrofitting
• Rough and finish electrical: running wire, lighting, switches, receptacles, etc
• Rough and finish plumbing: DWV, sweating copper, sinks, faucets, etc
• Insulation, sheet rock and texture: knockdown, skip trowel, etc
• Sheetrock & texture
• Cabinet installation
• Doors: pre-hung and retrofits
• Windows, baseboards, casing, crown molding
• Flooring, Painting, Tile Installation, Roofing
Requirements:

Specific Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in residential/commercial carpentry/remodeling
• Ability to read drawings and blue prints
• Strong trouble shooting skills & an eye for detail
• Great communication and leadership skills
• Strong knowledge of job site safety
• High standard of integrity & professionalism
• Personal & job site organization
• Speak, read & write English, bilingual is a plus
• Valid California Drivers License

Job Types: Full-time, Contract Salary: $40,000.00 to $80,000.00 /year
