Inside Sales/Customer Service Opportunity

Northeast Engineering, Inc is seeking a Customer Service Representative / Inside Salesperson to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information. Full time with benefits.
Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries
• Process incoming sales orders and purchase orders
• Manage sales leads
• Provide information about the products and services
• Provide status updates on sales orders to customers
• Document and update customer records based on
interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving
products and services
• Generate reports as requested
• Month end reconciliation reporting
• Manage CRM
• General filing
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other
related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Computer skills a must; ability to work with multiple
software programs
