Project update! 🚧

Our LDF project is moving right along. So far, we’ve completed mass excavation, building pad construction, aggregate base under drives and parking lots, and pond excavation; storm sewer installation is in progress.

We’re proud of the momentum our crews have built and grateful for the hard work they continue to put in to keep this project on track.

DTSS provided selective demolition and abatement services for an 80,947 sq. ft. historic renovation project in downtown Tulsa.

Our scope included interior demolition, debris removal, MEP demolition, rooftop equipment removal, elevator demolition, flat saw cutting, concrete deck removal, and lead-based paint abatement.

Due to the building’s historic conditions, our team coordinated selective removal while protecting existing finishes and structural elements throughout the work areas.

Project totals included 334,906 sq. ft. of selective demolition, 1,842 cubic yards of material removed, and 577 tons of debris hauled off.
