Progress is happening across multiple projects, and we’re excited to share a few updates from the field. 👇

🏗️ 3-Car Garage
Drywall and insulation is now complete, bringing this project one step closer to the finish line. Interior and exterior painting are up next.

🏠 Spec House
The foundation wall has been finished with Decoplast, a textured coating designed for durability and performance. Its hydrophobic surface helps repel dirt, resist mold growth, and stand up to UV exposure for years to come.

🌿 New Pool Patio Project
We’re back with a returning client and getting started on their newest outdoor living space. Site clearing, grading, and preparation are underway for a beautiful bluestone patio surrounding their newly installed pool.

⚡ Camp Otium Passive House
Exterior siding installation has officially begun. Every step brings this high-performance passive build closer to completion, and we’re looking forward to sharing more progress soon.

We’re hiring! 🏠🔨

We’re looking to bring on someone with residential construction experience to join our crew here in the Hudson Valley.

The role is flexible depending on experience, but ideally, we’re looking for someone who’s comfortable working across different phases of residential construction and can jump in where needed. Carpentry experience is a huge plus, but overall, we’re just looking for someone hardworking, reliable, and experienced in the field.

Our projects range from excavation and site work to custom homes, ADUs, outdoor projects, framing, finishes, and full residential construction throughout the Hudson Valley!

Looking for someone who:
•Has residential construction experience
•Shows up ready to work
•Works well with a crew
•Pays attention to detail
•Takes pride in the work they do

The vaulted ceilings, oversized windows, loft space, and natural light completely made this one, and it’s always rewarding seeing a project fully come together after months of work behind the scenes.
