Weekend one is in the books, and now there’s just one more weekend to experience The Legacy in person.

12,511 square feet.
7 bedrooms.
8 bathrooms.
3 garages.

But the numbers are only the beginning.

This home was built beyond the standard in nearly every direction, from the engineering and framing to the automation, lighting, radiant heat, millwork, stone, tile and finishes throughout.

And none of it happens without an incredible team behind it.

We’re proud of the subcontractors, trades and partners who helped bring The Legacy to life, and we’re even more excited to show it off one more weekend at the Festival of Homes.

If you haven’t been through yet, make Home #4 one of your stops.

If you have, tell us below: what was the one feature you couldn’t stop talking about after you left?

Sneak peek #4 inside The Legacy.

Work mode or wind-down mode?

The Legacy has a little bit of both.

The gathering room is made for long evenings with big windows, comfortable seating and a ceiling treatment that gives the whole space a warm glow.

Then there’s the office, clean, dramatic and tucked away enough to actually focus.

Different purposes. Same level of detail.

Which room are you spending more time in?

Sneak Peek #3 inside The Legacy.

Three bedrooms. Three completely different personalities. And these are only 3 of the 7 bedrooms in this home.

One feels warm, quiet and refined, with rich wood details and a calm, elevated feel.

One was designed for a little more imagination, complete with a full treehouse-inspired loft that turns the room itself into part of the adventure.

And one brings the drama with soaring wood ceilings, exposed beams, stone and a view that practically becomes part of the design.

That’s one of our favorite things about The Legacy. Nothing feels copied from one room to the next. Each space was designed to have its own identity while still feeling like it belongs to the home as a whole.

And with four more bedrooms still to show you, we’re just getting started.

Which one are you choosing: cozy, playful or dramatic?

Sneak peek #2 of The Legacy, and this one is all about the details.

One home, but no two spaces feel the same.

Moody greens, natural stone, warm wood, glass, tile, dramatic ceilings and lighting that changes the entire feel of a room. Every finish has its own personality, but somehow it all still belongs together.

That is one of our favorite things about The Legacy. It isn’t one-note luxury. It has depth, warmth, texture and a whole lot to discover as you move through it.

We have been sharing what’s behind the walls. Now you finally get to see what all of that planning turned into.

Come walk it for yourself at the Festival of Homes this weekend and next.

The homes may be what everyone comes to see, but these are three of the guys who make it happen, with of course, some help from our friends. 😅

Nate, Shad and JR have poured countless hours into bringing both of our 2026 Festival of Homes entries across the finish line. From the big-picture decisions to the details no one else sees, they’ve been problem solving, coordinating, adjusting and pushing right up to opening day.

Two homes. One Festival. A whole lot of work behind the scenes.

We’re proud of what this team has built, and we can’t wait for you to walk through both homes and see the result for yourself.

Sneak peek #1, and we’re starting BIG. The soaring ceilings, warm wood, massive stone fireplace, custom built-ins, walls of glass, and those Southern Utah views are just a taste of what’s waiting inside.

But here’s the thing: photos still don’t do this home justice.

The Legacy was designed and built to be experienced. Every room has another detail, another feature, another reason to stop and look a little longer. We’ve spent months showing you what’s behind the scenes, and now you finally get to see how it all came together.

Come see our 19th and 20th Festival of Homes entry in person this weekend and next. And when you do, take your time. There is A LOT to see.

As always, we are grateful for your support. 🖤

Good. Better. Best.

Every custom home comes down to choices, and with The Legacy, our clients were clear: they wanted the best.

The best materials. The best systems. The best craftsmanship. The best experience we could create for the way they wanted to live.

And now, after all the planning, building, problem-solving and details behind the scenes, we finally get to show it off.

Come see IronGate’s 19th and 20th Festival of Homes entries this weekend and next, and experience the difference for yourself.

And if you walk through The Legacy and agree that this one belongs in the “best” category, we’d love your vote for People’s Choice.

Will we see you there?

In The Legacy, lighting was designed to do much more than simply turn on and off.

Throughout the home, streamlined control pads replace rows of traditional switches, giving each area access to carefully programmed lighting. One touch can shift the entire feel of a space based on how it’s being used.

Behind the scenes, it all runs through the lighting control center in the mechanical room, which links directly into the home’s larger control system.

Every detail can be tuned, from brightness to color temperature and spectrum, creating lighting that feels intentional at every time of day.

It’s another layer of what makes a Legacy home different. The technology is complex behind the walls so living with it feels incredibly simple.

Meet Josh AI, the brains behind the automation systems in The Legacy.

Lighting. Shades. Heat. Radiant floors. Audio. And so much more.

Instead of managing each system separately, Josh AI bridges it all together, allowing the home to respond as one connected, intuitive system.

In a home built at this level, automation isn’t about adding more technology. It’s about making the technology blend into the way you live.

That’s the difference between a smart home and a truly intelligent one.
