If you are interested in quality work, Call or Email for a Free Quote.

Removed the top concrete step on the rear patio that had separated from the patio. Installed felt expansion to help with future movement. Formed the new step and installed rebar. Poured 5000 PSI concrete, finished and applied a broom finish. Cleaned up all debris and hauled it off.

Another quality job by Superior Handyman Services!

Cut and removed 2’x 22’ of drywall where the bottom plate had been damaged by dry rot. Cut out damaged bottom plate and any 2x4s that have dry rot. Replaced the removed bottom plate and damaged studs. Replaced any water damaged insulation in the area to be repaired. Installed new drywall where it had been removed. Taped, textured and painted the repaired area. Matched the paint and texture as close as possible to existing. Cleaned the work area and hauled off all work debris.

Before & After Photos of Another quality drywall repair!
Cut the ceiling drywall to a 3'x 6' opening. Installed R30 insulation. Installed and taped 18 sq. ft. of 5/8" drywall. Cut out approximately 70 ln. ft. of water damaged joint tape and replaced with new tape. Mudded and textured the new drywall and the repaired joints. Sanded the repaired areas. Painted the entire living room, dining room and kitchen ceilings.
