We came behind another air conditioning company this week that misinformed a homeowner about the EPA laws with refilling a air conditioner with freon. This might not be a good idea depending on how low a system is but it is not illegal in a residential application.

I was and am super proud of the crew today. They got their "arse" beat. I am proud because they got beat up and lost with a few A/C systems which is super rare with our training, knowledge, experience, tools/computers etc. They still made the same amount of money but the sorrow and depression I saw in their faces today was a very powerful message to me. It more than proved that they truly care and hated telling a few customers that all the work they did was useless. We win in our industry at a very high percentage of the time with decades of experience, not today. We learned a little with the nuts and bolts but I learned a lot with the sorrow.
