Replaced flooring at a consistent repeat client of 12+ years home. Removed lower cabinets. Will replace lowers and uppers when they arrive. Removed vinyl flooring in kitchen and hallway area. Fixed 100+ sq ft of subfloor in the previous cabinets spots and closets Installed LVP flooring with underlayment. Added additional underlayment throughout. Made precise angle, and corner cuts to match wall. Will trim and install a window once the cabinets, trim and window are on location from special order.

Replaced a steel railing system that was rusting out and causing the roof to sag and was unsafe. Built a wooden system with a double beam to support the roof load. Leveled up the roof. Added a new aluminum soffit replacing the older wooden on. Added bracing and brackets for extra security and structural integrity.
