At Celina Manufacturing, we have made a strategic decision to become our own riggers, allowing us to unload and set machines in place independently. We recently hired a maintenance technician with a strong background in rigging, electrical work, and machine repairs. This addition enables us to handle virtually all tasks in-house, eliminating the need for outside services.

This week we purchased Two more VF2SSYT mills for an upcoming project. We scored absolute deals on these machines. One of them had 30 minutes of power on time only & the other with few hundred hours. Hoping to set them on our floor next week!

One of the jobs that’s currently dedicated running on our DN Solutions America Puma 2600SSY paired with an Edge Technologies Turbo 5-65 bar feeder. This machine has been dedicated exclusively to this specific part number for the past year, allowing us to optimize the process for efficiency and consistency.

We currently have the capacity to produce approximately 10,000 pieces per month on this part.
