With the mast removed, the real work continues in the US Hoists shop. Kory and Webster are working through the next stages of this forklift refurbishment, tackling the components that need to be rebuilt, repaired, and brought back into service.

This project includes a full mast rebuild, hydraulic system overhaul, and various electrical system repairs—a comprehensive refurbishment that goes well beyond routine maintenance.

When the equipment is too far gone for a quick fix, you do it right. 🔧

This forklift came to us needing a full mast rebuild, a complete hydraulic system overhaul, and various electrical system repairs — the kind of scope that requires experience, the right tools, and a solid team. Getting the mast out of this machine was a job in itself, requiring a crane assist from our neighbors at Tebbens Steel to safely extract and work the lift cylinder.
