With all the crazy summer thunderstorms lately, we’ve been helping a lot of customers whose HVAC systems suddenly aren’t working. ⚡

We've seen a few direct lightning strikes to outdoor units and even more power surges that fried control boards, compressors and other electrical parts.

Our team was 60 feet up last week replacing parts on a rooftop A/C for a local tech business.

Our amazing Caring Team came up with the idea to host our own School Supply Drive. 📚✏️

We know everything is expensive right now, so we wanted to help out our employees' families and community by collecting notebooks, folders, pencil pouches, pencils, and more to get ready for the new school year.

💧 Drink lots of water!

☀️ Keep blinds & curtains closed.
🏃🏻 Save yard work, running, other outdoor stuff for late this evening or early morning.

Some tips from our pros to help out your A/C on this 90° 4th of July weekend:

✅ Replace your air filter if it's dirty.
✅ Keep your blinds closed on sunny windows.
✅ Make sure your vents aren't blocked by furniture and curtains.
✅ Clear any grass, weeds, and debris crowding your outdoor unit.
✅ Don't panic if your A/C runs nonstop or can't quite reach the temp you set. That's actually pretty normal during extreme heat.
