FRISCO is looking for a Commercial Construction Foreman
Responsible for supervising and coordinating construction workers on a commercial project, ensuring it's completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while maintaining a safe work environment
Required Qualifications:
* Requires previous years of experience in the field or in a related area.
* Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
* Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
* Must have clean driving record to drive company truck
* Ability to operate forklift and other heavy equipment is a plus
* Hearing and comprehension is necessary for giving and receiving directions to perform work and/or safety policy
* May assist other craft workers as needed
