Our team had a great time at Ballast Point Long Beach connecting with industry peers and welcoming Cesar Larios, Construction Management Division Director at the Port of Long Beach.

As we move into the summer months, heat safety becomes critical in both field and workplace environments. Heat illness can develop quickly when the body can’t regulate temperature in high heat, humidity, or strenuous conditions.

Watch for warning signs 🦺
• dizziness or confusion
• heavy sweating or rapid pulse
• cramps, nausea, or fainting

Heatstroke is a medical emergency, call 911 immediately if symptoms escalate.

Slow down & keep extra distance
