And that’s a wrap on this addition that I’ve been meaning to grab some pictures of. About 850 sq ft of living space added that we used to enlarge the kitchen and dining room, add a full bathroom, a living room, mud room, and bring the laundry from the basement up to the first floor.

Got this bathroom all finished up. This house was built in 1920, and although we have worked in houses as old as late 1800’s, we found a newspaper in the wall with a date of June 1927, the oldest I can recall finding and so brittle we couldn’t even unfold it. We tried to keep some of the original feel of the home with the original doors and a very similar trim profile, while still updating within the space we had, for a family of 5 and just this single full bath.

We just got this beautiful kitchen wrapped up. It was time for the old diy painted cabinets and dark counters to go. Fully custom cabinets from , quartz tops all around with a huge island, top of the line appliances, and a few layout tweaks, made this all come together.

Well we have been fighting with Meta to get our pages back after a hack. Finally got this one, still working on instagram, all while the busy season has been in full swing. A lot has been going on the last month, we are currently about to get drywall going in this addition project.

And that is how you spend a beautiful week at the shore… working. It was time for some upgrades as the clients are thinking about not renting this home out anymore. New front and rear door with storm doors, LVP flooring throughout, and some stacked stone around the fireplace to add a very nice accent.

Garage to in-law suit conversion ready for its certificate of occupancy. I didn’t get any before pictures of the unfinished 2 car garage space, but it’s what you’d imagine. This project encompassed a little bit of everything from concrete and excavation to get the plumbing through to the existing basement, to exterior siding to close the old garage doors and add new window locations. It is thought out for future accessibility with 36” doors throughout, a spacious 4’x5’ shower with a seat and grab bars, and space to move around as needed while having a full kitchen minus an oven.
