Lead Welder Responsibilities:
• Lead and support the welding department.
• Perform TIG, MIG, FCAW, and Stick welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
• Read blueprints, weld symbols, and WPSs.
• Ensure weld quality, safety, and on-time completion.
Qualifications Needed:
• 7+ years of professional welding experience.
• Proficient in TIG and MIG welding.
• Strong blueprint reading skills and knowledge of AWS/ASME standards.
• Must pass Dawson Performance welding and print reading tests.
