2025 has been a huge year for Ash Marketing LLC and Community Solar as a whole we are looking forward to a much bigger 2026. Here we are at the end of the year into the colder season and for the majority of companies out here production has fallen, sales reps have decreased, and morale has turned out like the weather but we are finishing the year out as strong as we started it. We are still in the field and we are still recruiting. We are still filling capacity and zipping up farms. If you are a sales person in Illinois or anywhere for that matter, we want you. We will help you build a career out of Illinois community solar and out of sales, six figures first year. We are looking for people who are going to hustle and grind throughout the whole year, people who are driven and self motivated.
We have been here since the very beginning of community Solar and there is a very good reason for that and that reason is that we are good at what we do. There are very few Companies still here that were here in the beginning. If you do your research, it will be understood that we are one of the best, if not the best company to work for in the whole world of community Solar.
