We are very sad to hear of the passing of our friend and colleague Mead Killion. Our condolences to his friends and family. He will be missed.
On November 3, 2025 Etymotic Research Founder Mead Killion passed away. Mead dedicated his career to engineering products designed to measure, improve, and protect hearing. Together with his colleagues at Etymotic, he was awarded over 100 patents in the fields of acoustics and hearing aids. In addition to his brilliant mind, he’ll be equally remembered for his generous spirit and kind heart. He regularly encouraged others to celebrate the little things along the way, so today we celebrate him. Join us in thanking Mead Killion for making the world a better place.
