Check out this custom sunroom rebuild! On this project the customer wanted to get their sunroom ready for the winter time and was tired of the previous fragile/leaky roof. We installed a multi-wall polycarbonate roof system with UV shield that can withstand hail and wind damage. We rebuilt the joist and installed purlins for added strength and stability for the new roof system. No more ugly cross braces! They were also tired of having to plastic up the walls during the winter and were looking for something affordable that they could take down during the summer.

Look at this transformation! Fun project with great customers! They had an outdated railroad tie retaining wall that was falling down and an eye sore. We came in and removed the ties, reshaped the landscape, leveled the base with a cement based gravel pack, installed wall blocks and put 1” drain gravel behind the wall for a good draining system.

Look at this transformation! Customer had old glue down linoleum and green carpet from the 90s..it was definitely time for an updated floor! We pulled trim, removed out dated flooring, prepped the subfloor for LVP, removed glue from old carpet, installed LVP and reinstalled trim with caulking. Customer also wanted more room around the toilet so we moved the drain over about an extra foot from the wall. We also removed the wall paper in the bathroom and old vanity so that the walls could be skim coated and installed a new vanity/toilet (no pics of the updated bathroom unfortunately). The customer was very happy about their updated home and had a New Years party to show it off! Give us a call to update your outdated projects

On this project the customers hot water heater was out dated and had been leaking over the years. All the bad/molded material was removed and the remaining was treated. We came in and literally rebuilt this from the floor up. New reinforced girder and floor joists, subfloor, insulation in wall and attic, drywall (skim coat), led ceiling light, 40 gal water heater (gas) and paint primer. They will now have a great storage room and plenty of hot water!!

This was a new build we finished up this week

Interior got a beautiful vintage umber acid stain with 2 coats of high gloss top sealer!

The home owner wanted to match the patios to the stain inside with a scored dark border around the perimeter. I think it’s safe say that the overall project turned out great!
