On this project the customer asked us if we could replace some old and damaged siding. Unfortunately this old siding had been discontinued and can no longer find it anywhere. So out with the old and in with the new!

We did a complete tear out and replaced any damaged osb. When installing the siding we went with a 7” reveal and 1” 1/4 of overlap. This made our layout consistent and ended up with a 7” top piece🤌🏼 we love it when a plan comes together! We also put an accent trim piece on top of the window trim to give it a custom look and make it easier for painters to caulk around the windows. We finished this project off with a brand new 32” exterior door.

We loved working with our customers and they loved the outcome of this project. If you’re thinking about buying a home with intent of remodeling, give us a call! On this job an apartment complex had a failing retaining wall. We ripped out the old ties and rebar and installed 12 new railroad ties. We also put rocks behind the wall to help with water filtration.

On this project our customer had a water diversion problem. When it was a heavy rain they would have water puddle next to the house and most times it would come into the house.

They had a different contractor come address the issue multiple times but never fixed the issue. We dug up the old lines and come to find out they didn’t level the previous one that was recently installed. We had to cut the brick border to get a good slope for water drainage.

After installing a box drain and bleed lines we covered it back up using drain rocks and w**d paper in layers. This allows for a filtration system for you bleed lines. We then went the extra mile and planted new sod so their yard was nice a pretty. After a couple weeks and a lot of rain water not only did we fix the water issue but we also brought their front yard back to life! We also set some stepping stones in the back after striping the grass and laying new sod!

Our customers were thrilled with the results and said this was the fist time in 2 years they haven’t had to worry about water coming back into the house!

This is a good example on what to expect when wanting to remodel an old concrete floor. This is a “budget friendly” floor. The house was built in the 60’s so you can only imagine all the stains that were accumulated over the years.

We had to patch tac strip holes from old carpet as well as remove old linoleum flooring that had been glued down for 60+ years. We grinded the slab profiled down to a smooth surface and removed all debris.

Initially we stained it with an acid stain color (customer picked color) it didnt turn out quite how we all expected so we went the extra mile to make it look better. After doing some custom veining with multiple colors (to hide imperfections) we sprayed it with a water based color to blend it together.

When staining concrete anything can happen! We made a comeback on this floor and the customer couldn’t be happier with the results!

Look at this transformation! What a great experience with a great customer! We love our local folks

On this project we tape/bed/texture all new joints and gave all the ugly textured walls a skim coat before re-texture. We did a grind/stain/seal on the floor with a “cola” colored acid stain. Ran plumbing for a little kitchen sink and an instant water heater. Deleted unwanted light fixtures and installed new up to date recessed halo lights as well as a new 4’ multi-colored led light. Our customer wanted to do the painting so we set baseboards and let them have the rest of the fun!
