Our team is installing the exterior metal façade on VERVE Tempe, a 16-story student housing community at the heart of the Arizona State University campus, alongside Brinkmann Constructors. This bold, contemporary feature plays a key role in defining the building’s modern design.

The 479,388-square-foot community, from development firm Subtext, features 240 units and 769 beds across studio, one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom layouts—supporting Arizona’s growing demand for student housing.

VERVE Tempe is expected to deliver this fall in time for the new school year!

We are proud to spotlight the Studios at Mesa City Center, a project that perfectly blends historic preservation with modern innovation. Located in the heart of Mesa’s Innovation District, this project transformed a former mid-century library into a cutting-edge collaborative hub for entrepreneurs and ASU students.

Working alongside Gensler and Okland Construction, Kovach provided high-performance glass systems to refresh the building’s exterior while respecting its original character. The result is a space that inspires creativity from the outside in.
