Achen-Gardner recently attended the Buckeye, AZ City Government Community Open House to share updates on our Verrado Way & Yuma Road Intersection Improvements CMAR project and the temporary intersection closure that will allow us to reduce schedule duration and overall costs. Project highlights:

We are taking a proactive approach to leak detection with innovative AI-powered technology on a JOC for the City of Goodyear, AZ USA : https://www.achen.com/202530-underground-infrastructure-joc

We deployed 40 FIDO LeakLocate sensors which use acoustic data and artificial intelligence to detect sound patterns that may indicate leaks in the pipeline. This technology will allow field crews to investigate and pinpoint issues earlier, reduce water loss due to undetected leaks, improve system reliability, and prevent future infrastructure challenges.💧🔍

🚧 Thank you to the Town Council, staff, and residents of the Town of Paradise Valley for your collaboration as we begin work on the Mockingbird Lane Roadway & Drainage Improvements CMAR project! 🌵 We’re bringing all of our expertise in complex pipeline, box culvert, and roadway to maintain safety and access during this work.

This project is focused on refining drainage, calming traffic, and preserving the unique character of the community through Visually Significant Corridor enhancements. Crews are currently completing waterline relocation work ahead of major stormwater and roadway improvements. 🏡

When municipalities or need reliable, large-scale utility systems delivered with technical expertise, proactive coordination, and long-term value, they call on Achen-Gardner.

We recently installed more than 5,500 LF of 36” to 48” gravity sewer and 28 manholes up to 38’ deep across the TPC Champions Course and along Pima Road near the Loop 101, creating the sewer capacity needed to support ongoing residential and commercial development.
