Testing radio back-end controls for 868 MHz today, same build. (For those who like to Rock in Germany or France for example). Quick update, free Wah unit will be in the Premier Guitar June Give-away, more details to follow. 🎁

Also new, the Controller code rewrite completely changed capability for ease of use live with multiple setups, more on that as well in the coming days.😉

Looking for creative power players, there are less than a dozen remaining units still available at SoulPedal.com. A bit pricey for the Founder's Series as all were hand/machine made in my garage (Molds, CNC, Soldering, and 3D printing). Next batch is months away, and likely made in a better way as this technology continues to evolve.

Hard blue plastic being printed within the flexible white material. It’s the backing for the pressure sensor. The more rigid this is, the longer the sensor will last. Shown, is after a dozen design iterations of just the blue part.

It’s quite possible we have a production pedal OuterSoul complete here. Pure white anyone?

Good progress on the Pedal uFactory. For some geek fun, here's the Diabase H5 tool interface using 3 materials right now. We've also got a few milling bits loaded (one's only .8mm diameter, but they go smaller). We're about ready to try the CNC (same equipment) hopefully this week. This is necessary to accurately position the battery enclosure parts.

Sure, an injection mold would have no problems, but this is more about using new equipment for both prototypes and production products. It's why I call it the uFactory, and there's no reason these can't scale up as needed.

Clearly, I don't post much because right now it's about building a quality product that has to survive a very harsh environment - inside your shoe. If this sounds interesting, I'd love to share more factory details. I happen to think it's the most exciting part, and is something this country had better figure out how to do, ASAP.
