We keep getting a lot of requests from potential customers about a Groupon for duct cleaning services. Please note that we have never offered any Groupons. We also do not offer duct work cleaning services, and we are not associated in any way with the company offering the Groupon. You need to redeem the Groupon directly if you want that service from that company.

Alternatively, many of our customers use Joe Filter and report that they are happy with their services. Again, we are not associated with Joe Filter, either, just sharing positive information from our customers in the event you are looking for a second opinion to the Groupon offering.

Surprising, but unfortunately this happens all too often...

A new customer called me yesterday to inspect his unit. He said his A/C wasn't working but it had been before a duct cleaning company came out. When I got there I noticed that all three wires for this capacitor had been disconnected and tucked behind the horizontal bar in the picture below. There is no way these wires could have loosened themselves. What's even more disconcerting is that this capacitor is outdoors and nowhere near the ducting. This was a malicious attempt to deceive a customer for additional business. Please be wary of who you invite into your home and if you ever have any feeling that someone isn't shooting you straight, call us for a second opinion. (480) 242-5833

Can you believe the temperatures have gone from freezing to sweating in about 10 days? It's only the 2nd week in February and we've been receiving "no cool" calls all week. Even if you feel your home is comfortable right now, it's a good idea to give your cooling system a quick run to see how it's working. The warmer temperatures can exert a proper load on your system so you can get a good idea on how it's doing. If you're unsure of its behavior and/or it's been a while since it's had a checkup, give us a call.
