Deck and exterior wood maintenance crew. Looking for a reliable leader with exterior wood, painting/ staining experience. Looking for both crew members & crew leads to: pressure wash, clean, sand, stain/ paint exterior wood structures including (decks, porches, fences, pergolas, ect.) Job sites could be all over the twin cities but mainly in the Eden Prairie, Edina, Minnetonka area. Pay will depend on position, experience, effort, & dependability.

Crew leads will partake in labor, micromanaging if necessary, making sure work is done correctly & up to standards. Could drive from job to job checking on multiple crews or jobs in progress.
* potential for expanding to other branches of construction including: storm damage sales, project management ect..

* Work will start in spring or whenever weather permits/ potential for year round employment.

Concrete grinding & re coating the other day in belle plain. Removed all chipping flakes with floor grinder, then applied new Tan epoxy coat with gray, white, & black flakes. Additional top clear coat was added for maximum protection.

Edina, MN- right off France Avenue!! A hot spot for hail this year! Here’s another start to a full exterior replacement.

This homeowner decided to also stick with the same color shingle (which is almost hard to believe with the striking difference in appearance!)

She previously had 3TAB shingles which are generally now unavailable & no longer being manufactured. **If you have 3TAB shingles on your own home, call us today (952)250.7574**
