We are estimating the cost to build a 3 bed, 2.5 bath home with a slab and basement foundation.

We are working up an estimate for this house plan and I told Josh we should share the estimates to our website so you would know how much something like this would cost.

We could do it with other plans we see and like too, that way it would give you an idea of how much to budget for.

But sometimes my ideas aren’t super great, so would this be something you would look at?

Snapped the lines for the cabinet so we could get the okay for island placement 👏 It was approved on the first snap because I made sure we had ample walk ways and it was centered with the window.

We get asked, “Do you have any pre-made plans?”. And the answer is… not yet! If there is enough interest in the future, we will offer “semi-custom” options. We would create a few base models and allow you to customize from there.

Happy New Year’s Eve! We are busy working on soffits today to go above the cabinets. Our client wasn’t interested in cleaning above the cabinets, so we are doing soffits above them to get rid of that space. Who wouldn’t want less dusting?
